Refund policy

At The Litecoin Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to changes in preference, incorrect size selection, or any other reasons not related to defects or damage.
All claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims deemed an error on our part will be addressed at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Items returned due to change of preference or incorrect size selection.
- Newspapers or magazines.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact us at contact@litecoin.net within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photos of the defective or damaged product and its packaging.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if applicable).

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Shipping returns
Where are returns sent?
To determine the correct address for your return, please contact us at contact@litecoin.net, and we will provide the appropriate return address based on the product being returned.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
